What Makes Rolled Threads Better?

Cut threads are machined by removing material, disrupting the grain structure, which is ideal for large, custom, or brittle parts but produces weaker threads.

Rolled Threads are created by cold-forming (pressing) material, making them stronger, more fatigue-resistant, and smoother due to continuous grain flow.

Threaded Bars

We provide fully threaded bars and rods focused on strength, smooth finish, and consistent form. Available to your specifications with cutting and chamfering options.

Studs

Specialized in the production of threaded studs for both custom and standard specifications and sizes. We offer custom-made double ended studs, single ended studs, and fully threaded studs in Unified, Metric, and other thread forms and capable of rolling with a hardness of approximately RC 42.

Bolts

We do manufacturing of threaded bolts, offering a versatile range tailored to both custom and standard specifications in a variety of sizes.

Knurled Components

Our Thread Forms

We focus in rolling threads ranging from 2 TPI up to a maximum pitch of 6 inches, catering to a wide spectrum of industrial requirements. Our capabilities allow us to handle both fine and coarse thread profiles available with right- or left-handed threads. Supported by a collection of rolling dies, we are equipped to produce a variety of thread forms suitable for in-feed & thru-feed applications

Metric

We follow ISO metric screw thread standards to manufacture the common “V” form 60-degree thread profile. Our capabilities include producing a wide range of standard coarse and fine pitches.

Unified

Unified threaded bars and studs are available in both coarse thread (UNC) and fine thread (UNF) series, offering versatility to meet a wide range of application requirements.

Whitworth

Whitworth threads are widely used in specialty applications such as camera tripods and stage lighting equipment, where reliable fit and compatibility are essential. We offer both coarse (BSW) and fine (BSF) pitch options.

Acme

Acme threads are designed to generate smooth traversing motion in machine and tools. A wide variety of thread rolling dies available, and we can also arrange customized dies based on specific requirements.

Trapezodial

Trapezoidal threads feature a 15-degree flank angle, slightly higher than the 14.5-degree flank angle of the Acme form. Trapezoidal dies can be arranged and customized based on specific application requirements.
